About

I am licensed clinical social worker in New York State, and have been working in the field of social work for the past 11 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including those with depression, anxiety, severe and persistent mental illnesses such as Schizophrenia, those suffering with addiction, victims of abuse, perpetrators of abuse, and those involved in the criminal justice system.

My therapy style is compassionate and heartfelt. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. My approach typically depends on the client, however I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a Strengths-Based/Client Centered Focus.

The first step, asking for help can be the hardest but I am hear to talk to ,and I hope that you reach out. I am ready to talk to you and help you work through your problems/concerns so that you can continue to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
