About

I help women and mothers learn to decrease stress, anxiety and depression, as well as better understand and communicate their feelings. My goal is to help you cope in healthier ways, so that you can enjoy your family, loved ones and life!

My focus is to address women’s mental health including: depression, anxiety, mood issues, attention/focus issues, trauma, and postpartum issues.

I have completed perinatal certification training through Postpartum Support International and I have over 18 years experience, working in academic and community settings, helping women, parents, adolescents and children. For the past 3 years, my focus in helping others as a therapist providing counseling to help people with depression, anxiety, history of trauma, ADHD and mood disorders. Often times my clients have struggled with adjusting to life as a new mother, managing life as a working parent, or college student.
