About

I am a licensed social worker in Arizona, Oregon, and New Mexico with 12 years of experience. I have experience with teens, families and the elder population with a wide range of concerns, including feelings related to a terminal disease, grief and loss, as well as relationship struggles. I have helped many families with parenting strategies, motivation, charts and rewards, parent-child issues and boundaries. My experience in hospice has afforded many years of assisting with grief and loss as well as coping with terminal illnesses and the losses and changes that ensue.

I walk alongside my clients during their journey providing strength based approaches. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, client centered, solution focused, interpersonal, humanistic and mindfulness. My counseling style is calm and compassionate, taking a holistic view without judgement. Each walk of life is different and my counseling will reflect your goals and needs as an individual.

Recognizing that you can take a hold of your life and your future can provide a great sense of empowerment.
