Hello,
I am a LICSW/Medical Social Worker Therapist who has been practicing in MA for the past 20 years. I received my MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. I practice from a strengths perspective with solution focused treatment while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy. I assist my clients in working towards a more stable feeling of overall functioning while also exploring past experiences of trauma, negative relationships and overall feelings of discomfort that may need to be processed to move forward. In addition to depression and anxiety, many of my clients also experience OCD or ADHD type behaviors that may also trigger their mood instability. My hope is to assist my clients in managing transitions and behaviors of their individual systems that may be overwhelming especially during this stressful time for so many.
