Kamilah Thomas is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor (LCSW-S) with over 15 years of clinical and management experience. Throughout her career in the social work field, she has gained valuable experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams, managing programs, and providing clinical services to diverse populations in a variety of settings such as non-profit organizations, government agencies, private practice, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, and the foster care and juvenile justice systems. She is currently the CEO and Clinical Director at KBT Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, where she is responsible for the daily administrative and clinical operations. As a therapist, Kamilah specializes in working with high functioning professionals, perfectionists, entrepreneurs, and the strong superwoman.
