Maybe you're an expecting or new mom who has been thrown into this new and uncharted territory called Motherhood. Or perhaps you’ve been questioning your gender and need a safe, LGBTQ+ friendly space to explore and blossom into who you truly are. These are the clients who love my approach: my clients describe me as non-judgmental, safe, trusting, all accepting, patient, gentle and relatable.

I utilize Talk Therapy along with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process difficult emotions in order to move forward. Some of my niches include working with young adults, those with anxiety disorders, gender dysphoria, new or seasoned moms, high achievers, and those with chronic medical disorders.
