I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA, I graduated from Kent State University with a Degree in Education and a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling. I am a therapist that listens and has been in the field for over 18 years . I have a passion and desire to aid in helping others achieve emotional balance by utilizing an individualized approach . I have worked with persons with anxiety, issues tackling life /relationship issues /couples and faith based counseling in successfully reaching their goals.
I have worked in a variety of settings and typically utilize client -centered approach CBT, DBT, Mindfulness ,and psychodynamic .
