Hello! I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy for the treatment of Trauma, Anxiety, and Major Depression. Dealing with day-to-day responsibilities while managing mental health struggles all at the same time can be tough. It can feel like you are constantly running on empty. It doesn’t have to feel this way forever. I offer a nonjudgmental and compassionate space for you to explore your goals and values, work through obstacles, and decrease emotional distress. I also work with individuals on building resiliency and promoting positive feeling states. I have been told by individuals that I explain emotional regulation in a way they can relate and understand. I pull from my training in yoga, mindfulness, breathing, and psychosensory techniques to work collaboratively in finding a coping style that resonates with you. As the first person in my family to complete graduate school, I understand all too well the challenge of navigating college and developing a career. I remember what it was like to feel I didn’t belong. I am passionate in working with young adults transitioning into or out of college, or just looking for a career path that is fulfilling for you.
