About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan. I have over ten years of experience working in a range of environments including public schools, community mental health, and medical settings. Within these environments I have worked with students, parents, teens, adults and senior citizens with a range of focuses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, social skill building, mindfulness, parenting and relationship issues.
Relationship building is key to successful therapy and I utilize rapport building skills to help find the best way to approach therapy with each client. My approach to therapy combines elements from client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. I work with my clients to determine which modality best suits their unique situations and how to make sure their time in therapy is beneficial.
