About
Have you ever felt stuck? What about in a rut? Do you wish you could tell your story in a comfortable setting? I believe that healing starts at the first meeting. One of the hardest parts of counseling is starting. I think we all do the best we can and sometimes we need a fresh perspective. I believe story telling is one of the most helpful tools in a counseling setting.
I use modern and direct approaches to help you move in a positive direction and feel comfortable. My specializations include, but are not limited to, addiction, dual diagnosis, life transitions, anxiety, depression and coping skills. My areas of interest include self-harm and eating disorders.
We can’t change the world we live in, but we can change how we view it and respond to it. I hope you give yourself the opportunity to heal and grow through the power of counseling. I look forward to meeting you and walking through your journey with you.
