I am an individual therapist with several years of experience working with a wide variety of clients and diagnoses. I have a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, life stressors/transition periods, relationship issues, family conflict, and goal management. I also have experience working with grief/loss issues, trauma, and substance issues.

My approach to therapy is to provide a warm and non-judgmental space for client's to process and work on their goals. My practice is eclectic and draws upon theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, Gestalt, mindful practices, and person-centered therapy. Each client is different and I will adapt my therapeutic style based on the needs of the client.

Making the choice to attend therapy is a big one and takes a lot of courage to deal with difficulties in your life. I am here to provide a listening ear and assist with achieving your goals.
