I have worked with clients with a widerange of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, legal issues, substance abuse, and sexual concerns . I also helped many people who have experienced depression, anxiety, and general life issues.
My counseling style is warm and inviting. I believe in treating anyone with respect and compassion. My therapeutic approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution-focused therapies. I think it is important to meet people where they are and provide them with a unique and personalized approach.
