Hi, my name is Kaitlin Naatjes. I am a fully licensed mental health care provider, certified integrative mental health professional, and yoga instructor. I have been working with clients of all ages, sexes, cultures, and ethnicities since 2015. I have certified training and experience in Gottman Couples Therapy, Integrative and Holistic healing, Trauma informed yoga, and Holistic Nutrition. Originally from New Mexico, I have traveled and lived in many parts of the US, allowing me to gain knowledge and experience with many different humans. I am passionate about working with the whole BEING when it comes to my clients. I truly believe that the whole person includes the MIND, the BODY, and the SOUL. Together we will find your healing in the areas that you need the most. You will learn to have healthier relationships with those around you and most importantly with yourself. You will find healing from within that will only extend out. I have worked with individuals and couples, and have truly seen growth and change occur with the pure effort from each of these clients. Strength comes from the ability to be vulnerable. Therapy is a safe place in which to create a new healthier you! I am honored and excited to begin this process with you.
