I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has had previous experience working with both groups and individuals. I have worked with clients suffering from depression, PTSD, anxiety, and schizophrenia.

As a person, and as a counselor, I am genuine and caring. I believe very strongly in a client's right to self-determination. I am not here to tell you what to do or who to be, but rather, to help you clarify your goals for yourself and assist you in becoming a more fulfilled version of yourself. I utilize cognitive-based approaches as well as mindfulness, and psycho-education to teach, grow, and nurture skills. I believe that health incorporates, mind, body, and spirit. As a social worker, I am trained to help you explore more than just mental health, but also the surrounding environmental factors that may contribute to symptoms and how to incorporate changes in all areas of your life to empower you to create whole-life health and wellness.
