I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, board-certified in neurofeedback, and a QEEG diplomat. I have been practicing since 2019, having had experience with a wide array of patients. My background is primarily focused on neurofeedback, sex therapy, men's issues, relationship issues, and existential issues, however, I am not limited to those specific focuses. My therapeutic approach is very person-centered, but I utilize several techniques from other theories (DBT, CBT, Gottman, narrative, psychoeducational, family therapy, goal-oriented) to help give patients a personalized therapeutic experience. I have experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families. While I work primarily with adults, I am also open to working with teens and children. I love the benefits of an in-person experience with therapy, but virtual appointments are always an option for those who prefer the convenience of telehealth.
