What I know about therapy is that the most important factor is feeling heard, understood, and accepted as exactly who you are in each moment. My greatest passion is to allow people a safe space to do just that--to express, and make sense of, their inner lives without judgment.
My philosophy when meeting with people is that although there are many commonalities in the how people react to pain, each person's experience is unique and deserves individualized approaches. We don't all heal the same!
