Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and I graduated from Saint Martin's University with my Masters in Counseling Psychology. My counseling style is warm and personable, providing therapy through phone, text, or video calls. I have a wide range of expertise providing trauma informed counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Life is difficult, especially right now. It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help, and I am here to support you through whatever challenges you are experiencing.

My approach combines evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Every individual is unique, therefore your treatment should be unique as well. Therapy sessions will be tailored to your individuality. I will respond to your messages within 24 hours. I am available for texting, phone calls, or video sessions Monday through Saturday. Therapy is not easy, but if you are ready, I am here to help you take the next steps towards your goals.
