About

I received my master in social work from University of Denver as well as my animal assisted social work certification. I have experience working with most mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, ADHD, and substance use. In my roles I have provided CBT, DBT, somatic resourcing, animal assisted therapy, plant assisted therapy, mindfulness meditation, career and vocational coaching, virtual reality exposure therapy, motivational interviewing, and using Gottman Methods in my work with couples.
