Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor and board-certified music therapist in South Carolina with 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My therapeutic practice style is primarily strength-based, assisting individuals to develop more effective interpersonal skills, productive introspection, and personal empowerment. Representative methodologies include cognitive behavioral approaches, reflective processing, music and mindfulness meditation, and brief strategic positive change strategies that focus on individual strengths and problem solving skills.
