Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), credentialed art and equine psychotherapist, and a certified French Interpreter.

I provide services across the continuum of care; ranging from international private coaching, corporate retreats, lecture series, inpatient maximum security hospitals, residential treatment centers, and outpatient practices. I serve as the Director of Integrative Trauma Psychotherapy and Victim Advocacy Services for a non-profit organization and an affiliate trauma specialist and Biofeedback practitioner for a private practice.

My commitment to you is to foster a space where you feel witnessed and heard. Our work together will be tailored to meet you where you are in your healing process and together we will formulate the best therapeutic approach to meet your needs. I specialize in working with clients that feel “lost” and “disconnected” to the world around them due to trauma. It is not uncommon for these feelings to manifest through substance abuse, eating disorders, and unhealthy relationships.

All services are client-centered, evidence-based approaches that challenge maladaptive behavior patterns, resolve internal conflict, and alleviate emotional issues. Those that work with me find that I am deeply compassionate and strive to create a comfortable nonjudgmental environment.
