Hi, my name is Justine, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I have worked with a variety of clients from cultures across the world. I believe that everyone deserves access to therapy and to be treated with dignity when receiving care. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to create a plan that meets your goals, whether that’s learning to set boundaries or heal from years of trauma. I’ve worked with clients between the ages of 5—90 years old, addressing a variety of issues, some of those being early childhood abuse/neglect, adoption, depression, anxiety, bullying, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, self-harm, and exploitation.

In my therapeutic style, I like to explore how different life events have impacted a person emotionally and physically and identify how those memories have been stored somatically and psychologically. In practice, I incorporate psychoeducation, somatic interventions, mindfulness techniques, EFT Tapping, and I’ve received specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and the Flash Technique. I don’t believe there’s a “perfect” treatment model that fits all clients because everyone is unique, which makes their healing journey different from the next person. I’m here though to help you along in that journey and teach you a variety of techniques so you are able to see what works best for you.
