Hello, I'm Justin. Do you ever feel like you’re carrying more stress than you can bear? That's because you are. Life can be messy, complicated, and stressful and sometimes the weight of it all is too much. It leaves you tired, anxious, and depressed. But you don't have to carry that weight alone. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing virtual therapy in Virginia. Essentially, I am someone who walks alongside you to create a safe space that will empower you to make lasting changes in your life and relationships. My goal is to help those who are weary and lost make meaningful connections in their life- connections to others and (more importantly) connections to themselves. And by making these connections, we can find the source of our stress, take off some of that weight, and find support to give us strength. We all deserve compassion and guidance and if you’re reading this, I’m guessing that is what brought you here. You've already showed immense courage to recognize the need for help.
