Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and consider if we would be a good match. I collaborate with and support women who would like to better manage mental health symptoms that may be combined with physical challenges and /or addictions in order to improve quality of life and relationships. I have extensive experience in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric and outpatient (both mental health and substance abuse) and have worked with those who have many different diagnoses, from depression, anxiety, and PTSD, to schizophrenia and dementia. I am, among many things: a mom of twins; a member of the LGBT+ community; an autoimmune warrior (or disaster, depending on the day); a photographer; and a lover of tea lattes (most recent favorite, lavender chamomile).
