Fully-licensed and multi-cultured enriched I've had numerous personal and professional experiences that lend to the counseling sessions. I've been local to the Treasure Coast area for over a decade. Having been able to travel nationally and internationally while enlisted in the Marine Corps and after being honorably discharged have enabled me to open my eye's to many different cultures, traditions, but most importantly universal truths. Common bonds and concepts that are present within many groups. Home is where your head rests and so is the absolute weight of being mindful in any moment. I can help you reach moments of calm where you have clarity to make life's most difficult or easiest decisions. The power of mindfulness allows you to fully embrace the driver seat where you have always been in your life with confidence and most importantly clarity.
