Too often, life is challenging, messy and difficult. There are no text books, no formulaic solutions and no cookie-cutter answers to the struggles we all face and all share in this experience we call living. However, our solution already exists somewhere, sometimes deep inside of ourselves. It is found by connecting to our authentic self, our inspired self. Once we connect to that we move from fear to hope, from hardship to challenge, from stuck to flourishing. I believe that a non-judgmental, affirming and strengths-based approach bring Clients into touch with the core of that authentic self; resilient, wise, accepting and ever evolving. My role is not to tell you how, what or when to do something; merely to reflect on the truths you choose to share and provide objectivity in facilitating you weighing the options. I utilize a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Rogerian therapy and Unconditional Positive Regard. I put myself at your service and hope to share your journey on the path to a new horizon.
