I am licensed in New York with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.

I utilize Integrative therapy, altering treatment based on an individual's needs.I use my expertise in CBT, MI, Client-centered, Insight-based, Interpersonal, and Attachment-based therapy approaches to address specific issues.
