Hello! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with over 20 years of experience as a social worker and over 10 years experience as a therapist. I have worked with clients with many different life issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, LGBTQ issues, military issues, phobias, OCD, PTSD, and geriatric issues, just to name a few.

My therapy style is direct and change focused. I am firm yet compassionate and believe you must have a sense of humor to get through tough times in life. My therapy approaches and modalities are tailored to each client. I will help you tailor your treatment plan and goals to your specific needs.

The decision to seek therapy, although a great one, can be difficult. You may be relieved that you are finally taking steps to get through a rough time in your life, however you might feel fearful and afraid of the unknown. Seeking help from a professional means that you know deep down that there is something better for you and you have decided to put your well-being at the forefront of your life. It is not always easy to open up to someone, I am very down-to-earth and want my clients to feel comfortable working with me.
