About
I love Mental health and serving others with respect, strength, honor, love and a solution focused mindset. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, family and group therapy. I work with most private paying individuals and offer a generous sliding scale. I received a Masters of Counseling degree from Freed-hardeman University 2011 and a certification in Grief Counseling in 2013. I am also a member of The National Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2015. Certified End of Life Doula 20I9. I will work with you to navigate any issues one may face in life with a emphatic ear and compassionate heart.
I have been certified in Grief Counseling since 2013 and a End of Life Doula practitioner 2019. Grief counseling is a form of psychotherapy that aims to help people cope with grief and mourning following the death of loved ones, or with major life changes that trigger feelings of grief (e.g., divorce, or job loss).
