Hello, I am Juliet Are you at the point where you know something has to change? I help adults cope with the challenges of being a caregiver while struggling with anxiety and depression, teaching you techniques that will allow you to realize your strengths and maximize your potential. The fact that so many of us work to make ends meet or support our passions, along with juggling family life and work responsibilities, leaves us feeling overwhelmed. This roller coaster ride of caregiving may seem endless. Know that you are not alone; caregivers can feel overwhelmed with grief, racing thoughts, on edge, or stagnant and need a soft guide to help them move through the Journey.
