I believe it takes maturity to recognize that you need help and courage to ask for help. I help people by using a collaborative strength-based approach. My ideal client is one who is suffering from the pain of divorce or a failed interpersonal relationship. People with chronic or recurring illness leaves you feeling like a foreigner in their own body and people do not feel filled up with life. I am here to help you manage and overcome difficult emotional periods in your life so you can feel better and in control.
