I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut with 6 years of professional work experience as an outpatient therapist. The majority of my clinical work experience is with individuals in their late teens to mid-40s.
I focus on the whole person. I'll encourage you to take a deeper look into your presenting problems within the framework of family dynamics, peer relations, trauma history, physical health, and job/school experience.
With my laid back and friendly style, I tend to build rapport quickly. I've been told I am easy to talk to and make people feel comfortable. I find I use person centered, solution focused, CBT, and motivational approaches the most. Though not offered as a modality on the Find A Therapist platform, I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
