I received an MA in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in MFT from Antioch University, CA. I am a licensed MFT and Board Certified Life Coach. I use CBT to treat depression and manage stress. I have extensive training in dealing with the Autism Spectrum and those dealing with ADD and ADHD. I help my clients find their strengths, and establishing wellness goals. I use inquisitive methods to help the client realize desired outcomes. I identify through active listening and empathetic questioning, the best options that the client can take, to find success. I use a positive, strength based approach.
