I bring over 15 years of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults in both individual, family and group settings and will focus on self-awareness, In my sessions, I focus on empowerment, motivation for change, regulating emotions and behavior changes. I utilize Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral teaching you coping skills to address a variety of mental health concerns. I have a particular interest in assisting clients with anger management, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and adjustments to life's challenges. I have extensive knowledge of working with blended families and dealing with day to day struggles of parenting a child with a mental health diagnosis. I take a systems approach to treatment and seek to understand each family member's role and how change can positively impact the family unit. I've had experience in community, residential, foster care, outpatient and home-based therapy. I'm very excited to bring my skills and love for the field and look forward to working with you!!!
