The time you pick up the phone or send an email to schedule your very first therapy appointment can be very challenging and overwhelming. My job is to make it as smooth a process as possible by providing a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. You will get to decide if we will be a good team, and what you would like to work on, and together we will help you get there. I have worked with those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, unhealthy coping skills, substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, self-harm, and more.
