Hi! I'm so glad you stopped by. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Colorado with a Masters in Business Administration and have over 20 years of experience in psychotherapy, coaching, personal & professional development. I am known as The Holistic Well-Being Guide and help my clients transform from anxious, chaotic and insecure into confident, calm, peaceful humans who create their best lives.

I offer a safe, comfortable space for personal development and exploration. Using a variety of different techniques, ranging from basic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Patient-Centered, Solution-Focused work, to deep visioning practices, breathing training, and mind-body connection training my clients discover their own solutions to life's challenges. A great deal of my perspective and interventions are based on my own Model of Holistic Well-Being™ and have provided a foundation for me and my clients to step into our highest and best selves.
