I have a passion for helping others find wholeness and emotional stability. Since 2008 I've worked alongside individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I am able to bring together my diverse experience and skills to serve a broad spectrum of clients. My training in nutrition and integrative mental health along with my experience as a Christian counselor, provides an effective means of equipping clients with tools and strategies to be their physical, mental, and spiritual best.
