I am a warm, empathic, and compassionate therapist. I listen without judgment and am honored to help people achieve their goals. I want to impart hope, help heal old wounds, and provide a new way of understanding and navigating through life when faced with challenges. Through therapy you will be able to develop more strength, enhance your skills, nurture your inner-self and feel empowered. I have been a private practice practitioner, professor, and career counselor for over 20 years. Many of my patients have come to me for assistance with stress, life transitions, career transitions, sex therapy, relationship issues, and self-esteem difficulties. I enjoy utilizing neurobiology and psychodynamic psychotherapy to create discovery and understanding of the brain's neural operating systems and subsequent behavior patterns to assist with lasting changes. It is a wonderful journey to self discovery and personal growth. We will work together to create self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and model new patterns that create the way to living your best life and ultimately, peace of mind.
