Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina, USA. I have over 6 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor and 10 years overall in the mental health field. I have been privileged with working within inpatient, community based services, and outpatient settings. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar, history of trauma and/or abuse, conflict in family or relationships, ADHD, self-esteem, career, and parenting concerns.

My counseling style is eclectic, as I pull from many different counseling theories to create the best individualized plan for each person. I always use a person centered approach, where I value holding a nonjudgmental and caring space for us to work together towards your goals. Other counseling theories I may incorporate include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Theory, Erikson's Developmental Stages, Family Systems, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Psychoanalytic. I have extended training in DBT, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, and Expressive Arts Therapy.
