Hello, My approach is warm and caring. Thank you for seeking the support in your life that you deserve. There are times in life where you may face struggles and get discouraged. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling life, and take the first steps towards a change. Sometimes, we just need additional support to figure out the next step or to make a change in a positive direction. I understand that seeking help can be overwhelming. My priority is to provide a comfortable and safe place for you to talk about your personal issues and concerns.

I have had a career as a psychotherapist for over 22yrs. My experience has included working with clients who have had a variety of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and grief/loss. Counseling can be a great opportunity to learn healthier coping skills and develop greater awareness toward your personal growth. My focus is a strength's based perspective. I will help guide you to find the strength and beauty inside of yourself.
