Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania with over 8 years working in the mental health field. I am a National Certified Counselor, as well as a board-certified telemental health therapist. I have helped many women work through their struggles, whether it be, personal, professional, etc. I absolutely love being a therapist and helping others, I feel it was what I was put on this earth to do. If you are struggling with an issue or feeling stuck, therapy can help.

I use a wide array of therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, etc. Every client is different, and has a very specific set of needs. I also consider myself to be very warm and compassionate, and I want you to feel like you are talking to your best friend. I work with ages 12-60, and a wide-array of issues.
