I am passionate about perinatal mental health and have experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, grief, and loss. I'm an LICSW and believe strongly in the dignity and worth of every person. I have a have a diverse background and utilizes various therapeutic tools to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental approach, often blending humor with understanding. My goal is to work collaboratively with you and to be supportive of your goals. I believe you have everything in you that it takes to get to where you want to be, and I help empower you to get there by exploring feelings and strategies to help you cope with life's challenges and stressors.
