About
About Me My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. Through a combination of talk therapy, cognitive restructuring, and behavior modification techniques, I work with my clients to identify the root causes of their issues and develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their unique needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Parts Therapy, and use Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) as a powerful tool in sessions. CBT is an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Parts Therapy, on the other hand, is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals to identify and work with different parts of themselves to achieve healing and growth. It is based on the idea that we all have different parts within us that can have conflicting beliefs, emotions, and behaviors. These parts can be positive or negative, and they can influence our thoughts, feelings, and actions. NLP focuses on reprogramming the mind and changing the way we use language to communicate with ourselves and others. Together, these modalities can help you to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs, develop effective coping strategies, and work with different parts of yourself to achieve lasting change. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your challenges and develop effective solutions.
