I value establishing authentic therapeutic relationships with a person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach. The techniques in my practice are blended from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, as well as other forms of therapy tailored to each individual.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Washington, DC with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, and coping with life changes. I have previously worked as a Counselor in secondary school systems and counseled students at the college/university level. I am also passionate about facilitating services in Spanish-speaking communities. I look forward to working with you on your journey to move ahead in your individual and collective well-being.
