I am a university instructor and licensed professional counselor in Colorado with combined experience over 20 years teaching and counseling adults-8 of these years in counseling. I have expertise in counseling neurological populations and educating adults to understand brain wellness skills. This includes a combination of neurocognitive strategies to help each client explore abilities to thrive. I also have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, executive functions, motivation, sleep, chronic medical conditions, confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. My style is compassionate and inviting, especially curious to help each client learn and refine meaningful change strategies.
