About

My name is Julie Cunningham and I have been a therapist for 4 years in private practice where I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues from relational, communication, depression, emotional management, and dealing with health issues on top of the everyday issues that we have. I've spent 38 years being an RN where I developed a passion for helping those who also struggle with health issues.

Life is complicated and sometimes and things around us get confusing and hard. I can listen and help you sort through the events of your life and get back on the track that you want to be on. My style is warm and trusting. I blend narrative theory, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

It takes courage to decide to start therapy. I will be honored to walk alongside with you on your journey.
