I am a licensed clinical therapist licensed in the State of Florida with over 9 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, major life transitions, grief and loss, end of life challenges, trauma as well as transgender and sexuality concerns.

My therapy style is warm and interactive, I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, compassion in a non-judgmental and collaborative environment, I don’t believe is sting icing labels. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, and supportive therapy as well as components of exposure therapy. For couples, I utilize an emotionally focused approach to help clients identify the deeper issues often overshadowed by the stressors of daily life. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs,
