Julie Williams, LPC, CAADC has been providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families since 2005, and worked within the mental health and substance use field for 20 years.

Julie is dedicated to helping persons achieve life balance and achieve their therapeutic goals, through specialized clinical guidance and support. Julie provides support for the times life gets out of balance.. Additionally, she utilizes dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and mindfulness therapeutic techniques.

Julie strives to create a positive atmosphere and engages strength-based interventions to support clients through the change process. She sees clients for a variety of reasons including anxiety, depression, divorce, emotional growth and development, self esteem building, substance use issues, grief and loss, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, relationship issues, and work stress. Julie also provides customized programs for each individual.

Credentials: Master’s Degree, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified in addictions, and trained in dialectical behavioral therapy.
