Hi, my name is Julianne and I want you to be comfortable in your own skin. I also want you to have a place where you can feel safe and supported. I want to help you find your voice and be able to access other resources. Counseling is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist. We all have a story and sometimes finding those words are hard. I will walk with you on your journey, validate and sometimes challenge you to see the beauty you have within yourself. I want to know what drives or perhaps help you discover what your passions are, it truly is up to you as the client. What do I bring? I come from a background of working in human services since I graduated high school. I have worked in school settings, community settings as well as outpatient, drug and alcohol and partial hospitalization. I have a unique approach that involves not just talking and skill building but also helping to provide education about your mental health, so you can become more empowered.
