Hello =) A little about me...I have worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade now and have been independently clinically licensed as therapist in Austin, Texas for two years now. The majority of my experience is in helping clients with relationship/attachment issues, trauma and abuse, motivation/self-esteem, depression, communication/conflict resolutions & coping with life changes. I work with my clients in a very collaborative nature, as you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create an open space where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, let's be real--it's not easy. I am here to support you in that process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
