About
If you are struggling with feeling connected to yourself, if you are afraid of your emotions or you are feeling "numb", and/or if you "don't know what to do" I believe that I can help. I work from a feminist/multicultural perspective because I have found that helping someone find the balance between choice and surrender lends itself to a more empowered and fulfilling life. I have extensive training and experience working with survivors of sexual assault and I believe when we can find our own sense of power, life overall becomes more satisfying. I have training in EMDR, attachment, internal family systems and feminist/multicultural therapy. I have spent the past three years working with survivors of sexual trauma.
